Lincoris is operated by Rediflex AB in Malmö. After a decade of placing consultants through brokers, we saw the same problems: hidden margins, silent clients and consultants left guessing. Lincoris fixes them with clear rules for everyone.
Our story
From broker to platform
Rediflex started as a specialist broker for data and engineering consultants in Skåne and Västra Götaland. Clients kept asking for the same thing: see more candidates, faster, without paying a margin on every hour.
Lincoris is the answer: an open marketplace where verified suppliers and independent consultants compete on skills, and pricing is agreed openly with each hiring company.
